Chainbalance is a fast-growing company focused on merchandise management throughout the entire value chain for wholesale and retail brands worldwide. Already today, Chainbalance plays a crucial role in making the day-to-day operations of many merchandise teams more efficient and transparent. Our head office is located in the Bondpark building in Breda, the Netherlands. We will soon open a second office in Berlin, Germany. As Junior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) and part of our marketing team, you are the communicative link between the company and its stakeholders. Your main tasks include the creation of visual and textual content for the areas of brand storytelling, inbound, and product and sales enablement in German and English. In this position, you will work closely with the Business Development team to support their communication with prospects and customers and put them in the best possible light.
Creating B2B visual and textual content to communicate Chainbalance’s tools in a marketing and sales context
Regularly create blog posts, social media postings, and articles with our current communication goals in mind
Communicating internally and externally about Chainbalance, targeting various stakeholders with accurate messaging
Designing compelling presentations and sales materials to facilitate our communication of complex technology architectures, frameworks, and tools.
Creating customer success stories/case studies and PR articles in close collaboration with our PR agency
Data-driven development and updating of existing content elements
Proactively participate in the development of a next-generation B2B brand
"Do good and talk about it"! We do good for our customers and the environment, and you talk about it:
You have a degree in marketing/communications management, economics or a similar course of study, or equivalent professional experience
You already have some experience in B2B Marketing
You are fluent in German and English, other languages are advantageous
You are experienced in using creative suites such as Adobe or Affinity and can implement ideas independently
You are well versed in the use of all Microsoft Office tools
You have strong communication skills in German and English, the ability to create clear product communication and to get to the heart of complex issues
Ideally, you have professional experience in the apparel environment
